Ken Fagans & Margaret Davis Athletes of the Year

Ken Fagans was the 3rd CIF Southern Section Commissioner from 1957-1975.  It was during his 21 year reign that the CIF really grew and developed into much of what it is today. The number of member schools grew from 218 to 458, and the number of sanctioned sports increased from 11 to 22. The OCADA Male Athlete of the Year Award is named for Ken Fagans.
